Introduction:
 

SuperTeacher Edureforms Pvt Ltd is committed to advancing the educational experience for K-10 students through the development of innovative curricula. To support educators in this mission, we have initiated the "Super Sunday Workshop'' series—an accessible, free, weekly program designed to equip teachers with essential knowledge and skills, started in March 2023.

Objectives:
 

1. Global Educational Exposure:
   • Provide insights into global educational practices, trends, and innovations.
   • Facilitate the adoption of best practices within the local teaching context through comparative understanding.
      
2. Awareness of Government Announcements:
   • Keep educators informed about the latest announcements and circulars from the Government of India, particularly from CBSE and NCERT.
   • Ensure teachers remain up-to-date with policy changes, educational reforms, and regulatory requirements.
      
3. Enhancement of Teaching Skills:
   • Revisit and enhance essential skills in Curriculum Development, Pedagogy, Assessment, and Educational Technology.
   • Offer practical strategies and tools for teachers to excel in their professional roles, promoting continuous learning and improvement.
      

Workshop Format:

• Simple and Accessible: Each session lasts for one hour, designed to be straightforward and convenient for educators to join and learn from anywhere.
• Interactive Reflection Form: Participants complete a reflection form with 10 Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs) at the end of each session, reinforcing the knowledge gained.
• Certification: Teachers scoring above 70% on the reflection form will receive a certification of completion, acknowledging their proficiency and commitment to professional development.
