Super Teacher Effective Pedagogy Upskilling Program 

A 14-hour online learning program with a 2-hour per session starts on 12th April 2021.

 

The precise objective of the program is to address the paradigm shifts from a structured curriculum to a skill-based approach and revamp with experiential learning to hone HOTS.

Module 1: Skill Based Curriculum Planning

NEP 2020 also focuses on developing creativity and critical thinking skills, aimed at preparing today's learners for real-world challenges. 
This module gives a unique insight on how to incorporate Creativity and Creativity Thinking as the meta-objective of your teaching plan.

Module 2: Crafting Engaging Learning Environments:

This is the age of information. Students keep on reading and acquiring a wide plethora of information from a wide variety of resources. This also leads to low retention in their memory. The key for retention is robust engagement in class. If the classroom instruction is engaging, the performance curve goes higher. This module gives the best exposure that will enable the teachers to design the best instructional plans for the classroom to ensure the best learning outcome.

Module 3:  Emerging Dynamics of Assessments

Assessment is one of the most important aspects of the Education process. The success of the education process includes how well the assessment is designed to  not only evaluate the learning, but also promote it. 

Many countries are still researching on optimizing their assessment frameworks, as assessment provides micro-clues to restructure the classroom instructions as well as macro-reports to direct the education system in a direction to move forward. This module gives a good opportunity to gain the skill to make powerful assessments.

Module 4: SEAL – Social Emotional Aspects of Learning:

To ensure the mental wellbeing of students and to make them stand strong against the unusual times, Social and Emotional Learning (SEL) plays an important role. It is a process through which children and adults understand and manage emotions, establish and maintain positive relationships, feel and show empathy for others, set and achieve positive goals, and make responsible decisions. Education Systems around the world are emphasizing including SEL in the curricula. 

This course prepares teachers to assimilate the essence of SEL in their instructional Strategies and interactions with the students.
