Job Description:


Results-oriented leader to join our expanding team across India and Middle East. He/she will be responsible for overseeing all sales activities within a designated region.  This role is critical to our continued success, and will play a key part in developing and implementing strategic sales plans that achieve ambitious growth targets.

Qualification

Any graduate with sales experience with preferable academic qualifications of BBA/MBA, B.Tech, B.Sc, B.Com, BCA

Experience

3 to 5 years of experience in sales of curriculum solutions, specially the books 

Salary/Compensation

10 to 12 Lakhs per annum plus sales incentives
(Salary Negotiable for deserving candidates)

Responsibilities

  • Identify and compile a list of potential clients within the designated territory.
  • Develop and streamline the sales process in collaboration with both the sales and product teams.
  • Lead the team in negotiating and attaining sales objectives, while also meeting personal targets.
  • Cultivate rapport with current clientele to secure repeat business opportunities, including exploring avenues for upselling and cross-selling.
